2025 Changes to the Louisiana Criminal Code, 2026 Edition Now Available
In 2025 the Louisiana Legislature amended a number of the Louisiana Criminal Code provisions, affecting such statutes as those concerning: murder and manslaughter; battery; rape; sex trafficking; trespass; extortion; bank fraud; prostitution; and unlawful use of drones at parades.
