2025 Changes to the Louisiana Civil Code, 2026 Edition Now Available

 In 2025 the Louisiana Legislature changed a number of the Louisiana Civil Code Articles, affecting such areas as Family Law, Obligations of Vicinage, Testamentary Forms, Assignment of Obligations, Survival & Wrongful Death Actions, Comparative Fault, and Partnerships in Commendam. See below for full text of the updated Articles and the corresponding Acts of the Legislature.
