In 2016 the Louisiana Legislature amended, enacted, or repealed several articles of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The changes apply to articles 14.1, 311 through 349.9, 404, 412, 413, 414, 571.1, 573.2, 718.1, 890.3, 893, 895, 895.1, 900, 901, 976, 978, 983, 989, and 992.
